Bill Cairns is married with three sons and has extensive experience in financial services. He established Weighbridge Trust Limited in Guernsey in 1978 and has been a director of and actively involved in the management of the Company since
that time.

Prior to moving to Guernsey in 1978 Bill worked for a London firm of Chartered Accountants specialising in tax planning and oversaw various projects both in
London and overseas.
